Our team at KISMET ENTERPRISE is here to help you and/or your organization identify any and all opportunities that could be standing in the way of your breakthrough moment. But first, ask yourself a few questions.
What was the spark that birthed your vision to become the leader in your industry?
What has caused you to, since then, become derailed from that original plan?
Is there any chance that your ego has contributed to you losing focus?
Whatever it may be, trust me when I tell you that you are not alone. We all need a little help from time to time with re-focusing, re-evaluating and re-aligning where we are. How this shift happens, you may never understand. Sometimes, you can find yourselves so far removed from your original mission that, before you know it, your company's philosophies or your personal goals have all changed dramatically. When it does, it will rear its ugly head in the form of a substantial reduction in your revenue and earnings, high employee turn-over or an overall change in your cultural climate.
As much as you'd like to blame the cause of your woes on some "economic downturn", at what point are you willing to take a step back to reassess and realize that you may simply need to realign your business strategy for today's market.
We, at KISMET ENTERPRISE, would like to challenge you to remember the spark that motivated you to create or become this magnificent empire so that together, we can reignite your vision.

Strategy Consultant & Life Coach
First off, thank you for taking the time to visit my website. Obviously, this introduction is Kismet (pun intended).
A little bit about myself. I was born in Los Angeles, California and have spent most of my life in the Southern California area. I am a mother of two adult children and to date, two beautiful grandchildren. After barely making it through high school, I enlisted into the United States Air Force where I spent approximately seven years, eleven months and twenty-one days as a Systems Analyst and a Telecommunication Operations Specialist. While I will tell any and everyone who will listen that it was a great experience, I am a bit embarrassed to admit that I failed to take full advantage of it. Why? Because I was generally too homesick to appreciate the beautiful backdrop of Panama or the clear differences between Southern California and Northern California (where I would eventually separate from my time with the Armed Forces).
My career choices have afforded me the opportunity to work in various industries throughout the last three decades of my life. Always serving in a leadership capacity where I have often been privy to learning all the nuances that go into running various size corporations. I’m talking from Finance to Operations as well as from Sales to Customer Service, I’ve done it all. Fortunately for me, I have also been in or close enough to the trenches to understand what can run a company into the ground OR cause it to flourish. Which is what ultimately influenced my decision to finally go back to college to obtain a degree that would catapult me into doing what I know I do best and that is to coach and develop others to becoming their best self.
Because of my love for people and wanting to understand the psychology behind them and what influential impact I could have that would better help me serve them; I obtained my Undergraduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. While this accomplishment was great, it was not enough to connect my professional experiences in a way that would support my desire to influence organizational change and development from a microcosmic perspective. Therefore, I made the decision to go back to school to obtain my Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
After graduating from this program, I began to see a host of opportunities for organizations who were interested in maximizing their potential through their greatest assets, which are their employees. I would get excited when I encountered a leader who understood the value of emotional intelligence or behavior management versus demonstrating the “my way or the highway” style of leadership. Of even greater importance, I began to see so many opportunities for myself as someone who now understands the importance of navigating the trajectory of my own life in a way that is authentically me.
What I now realize is, I was created to serve and help others maximize their potential. Throughout my entire working years, I have always been the go-to person for “bouncing ideas around” or conversations that began with “what do you think we should do about…” so I decided, why not take it to another level? That is why I decided to become a resource for others who have so much to offer but simply need someone who will be their coach and/or cheerleader!
Whether you are the CEO of a company, an entrepreneur or someone who is simply trying to figure it out on a professional OR personal level, I am here to help. I was created to support and facilitate change so I will be more than honored to be a part of your next chapter.
